Microsoft releases another new cumulative update KB4570333 and KB4577032 for Windows 10 1800 series build versions on the second Tuesday of Sept. KB4570333 updates Windows 10 1809 to Build OS 17763.1457 whereas KB4577032 enhances the build version of Windows 10 1803 to 17134.1726. Being security patches, they update the core components of Windows and Microsoft services.

Users may download these patch updates in the form of an MSU file format through the Update Catalog Site. With the build 1809, you may find a known issue that occurs after installing KB4493509. However, Microsoft is currently not aware of any issues with Windows 10 1803.   • Works on an issue that hinders the Event Viewer from suitably saving filtered events. 
  • Resolved an issue that causes delays during shutdown. It occurs while running the Microsoft Keyboard Filter Service. 

Known Issue for 1809

Issue – If your computer is loaded with some Asian language packs, it may encounter an error message after installing KB4493509. This error is – “0x800f0982 – PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND.”

Solution – 

Note – If the language pack still doesn’t reduce the issue, you can reset your Windows 10 PC using the below instructions:

  • Right-click on the start menu and open the Settings app. Select Update & Security > Recovery option.
  • After that, select Get Started under the Reset this PC recovery option.
  • Select Keep my Files.
